Letterhead Typing Guide

The recommended typing format for university letterhead is shown in this diagram. This format best complements the design of the letterhead and supports the goals of the visual identity system. All lines are flush left. Paragraph breaks are indicated with an additional line space. Paragraphs should not be indented. To ensure legibility, 12 point type is recommended. If your computer does not have the ITC Berkeley font, you should use Times New Roman.
