Fax

To present a unified appearance on all stationery items, the fax transmittal form follows a format similar to the other stationery items. The universitys themeline, Working to become the best, is placed flush left below the nameplate with the department, college, or unit name and address information placed on the right side in the same location as the letterhead. The date, to, and from lines anchor the top of the page above the message area. Some of Iowa States achievements are highlighted at the bottom of the form.
