These may include official invitations from the office of the president, diplomas, certificates including the president.s signature, and other communications and awards associated with the office of the president. The university nameplate is the primary identifier. The Office of University Marketing (294-9624) is responsible for approving use of the seal.
The following colors should be used when reproducing the university seal. These colors preserve the integrity of our identity and should be used whenever possible. Screens or tints of these colors may be used to achieve a desired effect, however, screening red will result in pink, which should be avoided.
The seal may be blind embossed or stamped using a gold foil to achieve specific desired effects. Individual elements of the seal should not be used as parts of other designs or logos. The university has registered the seal to protect it as a trademark. As such, it can be used only for university purposes or licensed for use by others and cannot be modified without consideration of the trademark implications.
